1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") constitutes a legal agreement between Baji998 platform users and Baji998. By registering or using any service on Baji998, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Baji998 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform along with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Baji998's services are provided for entertainment purposes only. By using the platform, you acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that you are assuming that risk knowingly.

2 Account Registration

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account with Baji998:

Important Terms Regarding Deposits:

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing from Baji998:

• Account KYC Verification must be completed.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount BDT 1,000।
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must meet the designated wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal Processing Time:

• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following terms apply when participating in Baji998's bonus and promotional offers:

• Bonus offers are generally valid for a period of 7 to 30 days.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Baji998:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash-Out feature).
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error during live betting after a match has started, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Baji998's standard rules.
• Odds changes will not affect the value of bets that have already been accepted.
• Maximum payout limits for Sports Betting may vary depending on the sport and market.

Baji998 reserves the right to void any bet linked to betting irregularities or match-fixing. Accounts displaying suspicious betting patterns may be subject to investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji998 platform:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing systematic bets with the sole purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Collusion: Multiple users colluding and playing together in a coordinated manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking or Manipulation: Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Money Laundering: Using Baji998 for illegal money laundering.
• False Information: Use of false identity during registration or verification.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Baji998 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud is found.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon the member's own self-exclusion request.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, however bonus balances will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Baji998 shall not be held responsible for the following:

• Loss of a bet or game due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Account loss resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, server attacks, etc.).

Baji998's total liability shall not exceed the member's total deposits for that month under any circumstances. Baji998 makes no guarantee of winnings — all betting is undertaken entirely at the member's own risk.
